Application process

There are several imporant steps in the process from application to settlement.  Your professional service provider or an Access Home Loans consultant will help you to understand the loan process.

Below is a brief overview of the process.

	You wish to purchase a home, refinance your existing mortgages or your adviser has recommended an investment
	You discuss your needs with your adviser or with an Access Home Loans consultant
	You complete the Access application form and submit all necessary documents we require for approval
	Your loan is assessed by our credit team and the property valution is ordered
	When all conditions of approval are received your loan can be formally approved
	Our solicitors prepare your letter of offer and mortgage documents
	You sign and return the letter of offer and mortgage documents
	We prepares your loan for settlement
	Congratulations! Your loan is settled
